Our AI receptionist demos and automated systems are created based on the information you provide.
You understand and agree that:

  • The demo is an example only and does not guarantee specific results

  • AI performance may vary depending on your industry, integrations, and tools

  • We are not responsible for errors caused by third-party systems (e.g., Meta, Google, GoHighLevel, n8n, booking platforms, EHR/CRM systems, phone carriers, etc.)

  • We do not guarantee any increase in revenue, leads, or performance unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement

The demo is for informational and evaluation purposes only.

5. Third-Party Services & Integrations

Our website and services may integrate with or rely on third-party tools including, but not limited to:

  • Meta (Facebook)

  • Google Analytics / Tag Manager

  • GoHighLevel (GHL)

  • n8n

  • Booking systems (e.g., Jane, Vagaro, Aesthetic Record)

  • Hosting providers

We are not responsible for outages, errors, delays, or data interruptions caused by any third-party platform.

You agree to comply with any third-party terms associated with the tools you use.

  • Refunds are only provided if explicitly stated in that agreement

  • Late payments may result in service suspension

This Terms of Service governs your use of our website and demos—not full service agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centric Creatives Inc. is not liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Lost revenue or expected profits

  • Business interruption

  • Errors or failures caused by third-party tools

  • AI misunderstandings or misinterpretations

  • Incorrect information provided by the user

Your use of our website, demo, and AI tools is at your own risk.
